Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident choosing VetNavigator. Here's exactly how billing, cancellation, and refunds work — no fine print.

📅 14-Day Free Trial

Basic plan only. Your card is required at signup but you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before day 14 and you owe nothing.

🔄 Monthly Plans — Cancel Anytime

Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. No refunds for the current billing period — your chatbot stays active through the end of that period.

📆 Annual Plans — 30-Day Guarantee

Not satisfied within the first 30 days? Contact us for a full refund — no questions asked. After 30 days, no refunds are issued but you can cancel to stop future renewals.

⚙️ After Cancellation

Your chatbot remains active through the end of your paid period. After that, your license key is deactivated and the chatbot stops loading. We'll send instructions for removing the embed code.
